Our Story

SPEQ Consulting is a Kenyan owned limited company that was established in 2017 to provide consulting services in the field of Project Management and Quantity Surveying. We have since added two more departments which includes Development Management and Contract Management. This is in line with the dynamic trends of the Real estate and the property market in Kenya.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

A professional member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK). Membership No. PIQSK 1121. Registered Quantity Surveyor by the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (BORAQS) Kenya, Registration No. Q1183. Proficient in preparing tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities, processing interim payment valuations, assessing and recommending variations and contractual claims, conducting tender analysis and reporting, preparing financial appraisals and monitoring project costs, performing site re-measurements and final account reconciliation, and identifying, preventing, and managing construction claims.
